Provincial Tour

Tuesday, August 28^th 2018. Today my schedule is Provincial Tour, so im not OJT. Actually, Provincial Tour is kind of SEA TVET program who held by SEAMEO. I was picked up by ISAT U’s bus from Lapaz in Miagao campus at 09.30 am. After that we (me and another students exchange also mentors) went to Garinfarm Pilgrimage, that’s our first place on Provincial Tour today.

We walk on the stairs (so many stairs actually, im so tired) to reach the “heaven” the speaker  in the bus said “if u want to get the haven u need sacrifices” so that’s why we walk on so many stairs there.

After that we took many pictures than we go back for ate our ice cream, and I got an ube ice cream, so delicious and fresh. After visit the Garinfarm Pilgrimage, we went to Sulu Garden for lunch, than visited UPV (actually only pass) than we are also visited house production of hablon, hablon is kind of pilipinos native sarong.

Than we visited also Miag ao Church (actually this is not first time im visited the church because almost every single day I was always pass this church hihi), after Miag ao church than Seafdec (in Tigbauan) was established in 1973, the Tigbauan Main Station (TMS) is the SEAFDEC/AQD headquarters located on the south coast of Panay Island. The 40 hectare complex includes various research laboratories, hatcheries, and broodstocks facilities for experiment. TMS also has training facilities, a library, and medical clinic. Also this is my first time to seen  Milkfish’s (Chanos chanos.) broodstocks, they are so big!.

This is my wonderful experience!, because in Indonesia there are not easy to met milkfish’s broodstocks. After that we went lo Lapaz for watch our friend performance (Chen’s Performance for Mr and Ms ISAT U) but, we miss Chen’s performance but its ok, at least we met Chen and another friends also. After that we back to our room by using jeepney than rest, because tomorrow we have our OJT.
